We had an amazing visit from University of Michigan Meteorologist Frank Marsik. He came to our classroom and read an amazing story to the students, along with helping the class to build anemometers. We were able to build, test, and read our results of the anemometers. The students loved this activity as we continue to learn about weather! We had an excellent time celebrating the 100th day of school. The students made 100 Cheerio necklaces, made 100 stamp gum ball machines, wrote about 100, and build structures with 100 cups!
